CAT CARE CREW
The morning cat care crew comes in and These volunteers clean the café and take care of the resident cats in the café by scooping litter, cleaning the café, refilling food and water bowls. Volunteers will also take note of any unusual behavior/concerns with café cats and report to staff.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Scooping litter boxes
- Refill food bowls
- Refill water bowls
- Wiping down surfaces
- Sweeping floors (as needed)
- Checking welfare of cats in café
- Wash dishes and litter boxes
Experience with cats and an understanding of cat behavior is preferred.
This shift is available Monday through Sunday from 3-6:30pm. Advance scheduling is preferred.
Beverages and a snack are available during the shift.
The dress code is jeans and closed-toe shoes.
You may be exposed to scratches, bites, cat waste, unpleasant odors, and zoonotic disease.
